40 handpicked individuals were invited to an immersive evening with Osiris Club celebrating the five senses and their interplay with rare and fine wines. This experiential event marked the pre launch of Osiris Club - a private members wine club, where memberships range from 25-125k. The idea was a totally original wine tasting, where you experience the wines in the abstract, in terms of their personality, rather than tasting notes.

Wine through the five senses

Sight

The wines are represented in the abstract via the medium of contemporary performance. Guests are invited to guess which dancer represents which wine.
Sound

Two players of two very different instruments convey the charisma of two different wines. Guests are invited to understand the wine through sound.
Touch

Guests experienced a physical representation of the wine in the form of touch. Other senses are removed to focus wholly on the sensation and feeling the very nature of the wine.
Taste

Guests are invited to try mystery bites in new way they almost certainly haven’t experienced before. Different bites pair with different wines, the way the bite is received is everything.
Smell

The idiosyncrasies of the wine are broken into the different elements of it’s personality, each to be inhaled and experienced in their own right, resulting in a deeper understanding of the wine.
